Declaration form question
Declaration form question
Hi all, I am in the process of filling in my forms to apply for a India tourist visa.
I have filled in the online application, made payment and printed off the Declaration form to sign and send off with my application but on the bottom of the form is says.
PLACE&DATE and signature of applicant
What is meant by PLACE? Should I put "my house" which is where I am now and todays date. Or is it where I am traveling to and my travel date?

Write the name of the city / date.
