Correction of Initial in mother's name

Hi,

I got passport almost 2 years back and recently I got married and I had applied for addition of spouse name where in my surname remains same. Daily I used to check the information site for the passport status. One monday I my details were updated and asked if there any corrections need to reply by 2 days to corrections@dataone.in. I replied for the same by one day i.e, by Tuesday. They replied saying it has been already sent for Printing.
Status in NIC : You have been allotted a passport number and the file has been line for printing of your passport.

After that how much ever mails I sent to their email its says mail not delivered due to over quota

Can anyone help me on this by giving the email address or phone number.
