can i apply for a Passport !
is it possible that i am living on rent for 7 years but i have driving liscene,pass book, n my Matric certificate , n birth certificate to... can i apply for the passport alsoo from that address where i am living on rent address...!

No, there should not be any problem as long as your house owner and neighbors answer in affirmative when asked!

You might be carrying some bills, like telephone bills, electricity bills, which carry residence address. You would be required to show them. These documents prove you were staying at the given address for the referenced period!

A file containing all these bills in orderly manner would reduce your hassles while officer visits your place! 
It would nice if you have maintained the bill of last 24 months or more!! You would be required to produce the same on demand!!!
