I am travelling around India before making my way to Bangkok. Does anyone know whether it is possible to apply for a 6 month Thai visa in Delhi. Thanks in advance.

When I applied for Thai visa in Delhi, they gave for 3 months (I wanted to visit only for a weekend). But I guess it is doable.

It was not difficult. Just needed to show return tickets and the reason, and paid the fee in cash. They took the passport in the morning (check for timings), and delivered it next day evening.

Is this a regular tourist visa? You get them issued upon arrival in Thailand

Unfortunately no - They won't allow an extension. I'll try the Delhi option. Thanks anyway mate.
