I have
10th marks card
PAN card
ID card
Bonofide Certificate from college
Address Prof
but according to passport Birth Certificate is required which i dont have any alternative for 1990 born

one can apply for birth certificate later .there is a provision. please contact sub divisional magistrate office (SDM)OR any high taluka officer .he can order for issue of birth certificate but you have to provide all relevant document and affidavit.. after inquiry he can give order for berth certificate to concern deppt .please go to link ...http://delhi.gov.in/DoIT/DES/Registration/ACT.pdf go to delayed registration of birth and death column

Birth Certificate is Indeed required in your case. And as mentioned above, it can be obtained. This may seem painful ATM, but is worth it for its longterm uses.
