About NOC letter !

can someone here tell me how to write No objection letter ! i am working in a local company here in ludhiana and i want that they give me that NOC letter because i need it for my trip to slovenia... can someone tell me the format who to write that so that i can say my owner in that way n he give me that ! i shall be very thankful to this.

why do you need NOC from company to visit abroad?

are you going to leave your job here & that's the reason for getting NOC?

Your employer need to write a letter in the following format:
@Dek, Some of the consulates ask for this type of NOC, even if the employee is continuing the job, unless otherwise, Visa will not be issued to the applicant.

i want to show embassy that i have job and after my trip to slovenia.. i will come back to my present work...! for this i need NOC..

You just copy and paste the text presented in the quote box (of Post #3 above) on a word document. You would be required to complete the details inside <> as requested. Then you need to print it on the office letter head and get it signed by your boss. Now, the document is ready for submission.

If confused, you may PM me the completed sheet to get it checked before printing it on the letter head.

This would be addressed to Consulate in India, where Visa application is being made.

It would be strictly written as No Objection Certificate.

Passport number is required after the last name.

He would be submitting his bank statement, hence mention of salary is not required.

But it would be required to mention that the office has no objection if the candidate is going to Slovenia.

thanks, i will say my owner to write the letter format like this... i wont mention salary because i dont have salary slips ... my boss dont give us salary slips... for visitng slovenia... i am just applying myself to embassy what documents i have... and i really hope that they will give me visa for 14 days without my IT returns and salary slips.. seems like difficult but have to try still..
