Panki Chatni
Does anyone have a recipe? Its a savory rice pancake, served between banana leaves, I think Keralan in origin...Thanks!

I tried it at Swati in Mumbai, and have been obsessed ever since. Haven't been to Gujarat yet, but glad to see evidence that their cuisine is as good as rumored.
