Need of gluten free recipe only veg

I have just come to know from my sister that her 4 years old baby has wheat allergy. I m just looking for good gluten free recipe . On the net there r so many. but being in India not possible for me to use'em. Well, if u gys have any of good gluten free reciepe plz,plz, suggest me.Or Do u ppl know any goos site about this. I searched a lot ut not find best results.

Check for South Indian recipes, they are mostly based on rice instead of wheat.

Someone with a gluten allergy can eat rice or lentil/gram, so South Indian food might be ideal. Be sure to not use any wheat flour at all, even to thicken sauce.

For sauces, you can use corn flour instead.

My niece love eating Dossa and rice only and other gluten free preparations she does not like much.
