Natural Gulab Jal
I bought a bottle of this whilst in India recently thinking it would be a substitute for 'rose water'.
However it smells very strong, not like the weak smelling stuff I can buy here. It is much more 'viscous' than I have been used to What should it be used for, cooking? , and how is it made. |

The Gubal Jal that you bought it is essence?
Rose water looks just like plain water but has a strong, sweet, rosy fragrance. Rose essence is a more concentrated version and is available in small bottles. Two drops of rose essence are equivalent to one tablespoon of rose water |
