Special-Occasion Tea... Ah, that's certainly different, then

Rs1 or 2 in Delhi? I'm moving! It was Rs.2/50 here for a long time, then there was a price hike on milk and it went up to Rs.3

Puchoo, when was the last time you had your tea on the streets. Its Rs. 3-5 for regular to special Chai...

But let me tell you I love the chai they serve on Highways, especially in Rajasthan, its thick, hot, frothy and flavorful...i am not a regular tea drinker..however when I am driving in Rajsthan, I make it a point to take some tea breaks..just for the love of Chai...and one is not good for me...I end up having two of them..

Just imagine, hot, 'free flowing' tea, Bikaneri Bhujia and cold, comfortable night with only stars above your head...away from humanity....this is what I call heaven...

right outside my office..... i have a tea/coffee machine here as well but as far as tea goes i get it from the tea guy outside...

i dont disagree with you on it costing as much as 5 bucks as well in places..but depends... you find a chai valla who is not in a high traffic area and it will be cheaper...
