Raw Mango juice
Frnds,
I know this thread is all about mango recipes.... I thought of sharing my mothers secret recipe of raw mango juice.... one of my favorite. Take two raw mangoes... Boil it. Once boil throw the water & take a fresh bowl of water. Put the boil mangoes in it & massed it properly. Then filter it using any white cloth or anything. Add sugar, black salt, black peeper, Jeera as per taste. Serve it with ice cubes. A refreshing juice in the hot summer. There are many other secrets mango recipes but will share afterwards....

What happened?

Wine...so far
So far we've managed to get a 25 lt. polythene grade food bin with lid, 2x7.5 lt. glass jars and someone came up with a tub of dried active wine yeast. It's out of date but unopened.
