Jaljeera?
How much jaljeera do I use say, to a glass of water if I want to make a drink?
Any other suggestions/recipes if someone would like to share ![]()

Try adding some lemon/lime to the glass of jaljeera (I am assuming that you are using a powder), it is excellent. You may try adding more jaljeera then for extra "kick"

On Jaljira in yoghurt, mattha is a better alternative IMHO. Also for those who prefer milder stuff, panna is amilder, healthier alternative. I am reminded again of Banaras....
