Vandy That was me in Ooty at the fudge shops. First time being sick I could definitively trace it back to what and where I ate and not blame some kind of mystery bug ![]()

Quite a few typical Punjabi sweets have been already mentioned and overlap with sweets from other northern states. Some of them and my favourites are. Jalebi (with hot milk and without) Ladoo Khoye di Barfi Khoye da gajrela Kheer with soggi(made with milk) Kheer with soggi (made with rass .. (sugarcane juice))yum yum Parsad with soggi This is all making my mouth water.... ![]()

I have heard about Soggi, but was not sure what it was. I belong to a non-punjabi household and my knowledge of Punjabi comes from friends and neighbors.
