There's also an amazing array of Indian food blogs out there. My favourite is this one -- it updates nearly daily, and has fantastic presentation and photography as well as great recipes. It has gotten me out of my cooking rut of sticking to tried-and-true methods and ingredients... and how!

Mmmmh, food...

Cantillion, this blog looks really great. And the recipes seem simple without too many ingredients but sound very tasty. Thanks!

One of my personal favourites is this site:www.ndtvcooks.com
the Calicut Chicken Biryani is really great...

Great site. I generally use www.Bawarchi.com. Sify bought it sometime back. But you can still go to old interface using this links:

http://www.bawarchi.com/contribution/index.html

http://www.bawarchi.com/cookbook/index.html

Lots of different recipes for same dish.

Well my favorite is Kitchens of India Ready to Eat Indian Food. I have taste their Fruit & Spice Conserve & am now a fan of it. I need this conserve with my food everyday.

Not only conserve, their ready to eat food products are so yummy & the most good part is that is so easy to cook. Becoz of this food products I was able to organise a party to my friends & I prepared Palak Panner, along with Rice & also Pav Bhaji...

Well anyone else had tried their products...
Love traveling & Indian Food.
