Help! Easy-to-make indian snack

Hi everybody - I need some help, we are having a kind of fare-well party tomorrow for all of our friends. And we would like to serve some small indian snacks (or just oriental) but I´m having a hard time finding any recipes online - does any of you have a good idea/recipe?
Thanks in advance!

if you have access to an indian grocery, should be simple.

really, really easy: buy some 'hot mix.' open bag, put in bowl, supply napkins. i find that indian readymade snacks are far superior to their american equivalents. quality is good enough for a casual party imo.

also really, really easy: pappadum. they toast up fine in the microwave.

really easy: buy some raw cashews, fry til golden, drain and season with chaat masala. mdh brand is good.

easy: i agree with seventies'hippy, pakordas. make some imli ki chutney to go with!

Simple Indianish snack, is to garnish salted biscuits.

Buy Salted biscuits, that are available locally, the equivalent of Parle Monaco, that is available in India.

On the salted biscuit, you can put a slice of cheese, top it with chopped onions, coriander leaves, sprinkke chat masala.

It will make a good snack, and tastes good as well.
