Getting creative with breads...
I've been experimenting with chapatis (roti, paratha, kulcha or whatever the name is?). I've used the atta flour and mixed in urad dal flour, (or millet flour, or corn flour) with it. I add a spoonful of yogurt and a drizzle of oil to my water that's added to it. Yummy! Perhaps there's a name to what I'm doing. Is there?
