Zip code to register on the IRCTC

I'm having trouble coming up with an address (the zip code specifically) to put in for registration for the IRCTC. I arrive in Delhi, I have a Rough Guide but, for ex., the listed address for the Navrang Hotel just says: Tooti Chowk, 820 Main Bazaar 011/2352/1965. (are those last 11 digits the phone #?)

That's all it says, does anyone know what the 6 digit zip/pin # is? I don't see them listed for any hotels in any guidebooks.

The code appears to be 11055, and yes those eleven digits are the phone number, so you could always ring them to check.

Can a mod delete this thread I started. I hate it when people start threads without really looking for the info., and this exactly what I did. I was feeling lazy.

On the plus side, curiosity led me to also google IRCTC, which is a service that I had not yet come across.

Question Registering on IRCTC

Do we have to put in a local address? I just put in my US address... I'm booking e-tickets so I thought it wouldn't be a problem. Also, since they didn't ask if I was a tourist or not, I thought this is how they determined that too...

Am I getting this all wrong?
