I have reserved Railway tickets from Bangalore to Shiridi on April 17th by Karanataka Express. I booked my tickets on Feb 17th. From the day one my WL1,WL2,WL3.........(still it is WL1) will my tickets get confirmed? or should i plan for some other way to reach shiridi. Please let me know.

Maximum cancellation takes place 3 to 4 days before the departure so your tickets if not confirmed will in probability acquire RAC status. Remember that Karnataka express is a much sought after train.
What other option do you have?

Your tickets are likely to be confirmed.
At least an RAC is sure shot.

Words fail me, but I'll try.

How the hell do you expect an answer, first, the train doesn't go to Shirdi, so where have you booked to? (Belapur, Kopargaon?)

Why on earth do you think the class you're travelling is not a useful bit of info, chances are, there will be 20 x as many Sleeper Class berths than there are 2-tier air con berths, this does determine what chance you have of getting a confirmed berth.

Kopargaon is the closest (15 km?). That may mean a slow train. Manmad is more distant (60 km?) but may be better served. Its been a long time since I lived in Nagar zilla..

Dear indigen,

Your tickets are likely to be confirmed.
At least an RAC is sure shot.

##Please note, there will not be any RAC for SBC-KPG Quota, because this is a POOLED QUOTA.
