W/L on Darjeeling Himalaya

We are trying to get FC seats on the Darjeeling Himalaya train (1D) from New Jaipaiguri to Darjeeling in mid-June, preferably on June 20th. I purchased 2 tickets that are W/L 10 and 11. Can anyone give me a sense of how likely it is that we will get on this train given that position?

We are debating shifting around a great deal of our travel plans so that we can get on this train as it's a big part of what we want to do. Are there other options for purchasing these tickets? I'm not 100% clear on how Taktal or foreign quota tickets work, or if they are worth exploring as an option. We are willing to spend more money on the ticket if that would help. I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions.
