Varanasi to Delhi via Agra and Joipur

Hi,

i was wondering what the best route would be to go from Varanasi to Agra working my way back up to Delhi via Joipur?

I looked on the train website but when i click Varanasi to Agra it said no trains exist?? Surely that can't be right?

Also is a driver an option to Agra from Varanasi or it just too far?

There are of course many, many trains that will take you from Varanasi to Agra. Those with more knowledge of specific train numbers/routes will be along shortly.

I did a circular drive in 2006 - Varanasi-Khajuraho-Orrcha-Agra-Mathura and back in ten days with a driver. Excellent way to see the country. A one-way trip will cost you more as you must pay for the driver returning from whence he came. If you can afford it, drive!

##By the way, the speciality of 8631 is that it goes from Mughalsarai to Varanasi and almost comes back to Mughalsarai and by using Jeonathpur Chord, joins Allahabad-route; instead of directly going to Allahabad via Janghai (or) Gyanpur!!!

I think i've found my train. Can i get you thoughts on it?
This is just your regular 6 person carridge isn't it? I'm guessing 12hrs is the standard time isn't it?

What he means is do you know of any other trains that go to both Agra Fort and Agra Cantt from Varanasi or Mughal Sarai Jn, other than the train numbers he's provided

Dear Mickey,

If you have time a short question. I'm new at this system and have booked a ticket on train #3005 HWH to BSB on June 15th, all appears well, as I have printed my ticket, but I'm listed as RAC 17 and WL 1 can you explain this process and tell me if I have a chance of getting on this train and getting sleeper berth? Otherwise should I rebook and get a confirmed bed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
