unable to print ticket

hi,
I'm trying to print e-ticket in my personal printer. but all I get is the a little left strip from the ticket and nothing else.

Can you help me please to print the whole ticket?

I got the same problem when I tried to print tickets in an internet cafe in Dharamsala a few months ago; I just went to another cafe and it worked fine. It must be something to do with your printer settings. (Make sure that you're not just printing a single frame on the web page, or something like that).

Just use the copy-paste technique to avoid getting just the side of the ticket printed as it happens sometimes with the settings on some computers / printers. Use MS Word or some other program to do the needful.
