Udaipur-Khajuraho direct train

just noted that the train does not show availability beyond 13-Jul.
for 14-Jul, it says 'ISL STN DELETED'. how unfortunate...

This train will be renumbered after 13th July. Instead of being 12965 it will be 19665. The only change being there is no 1AC in this train.

so that's good news & bad news... one thing to note is that though the timings are retained as such, train has been downgraded from super-fast, so lower fares... which goes to prove that super-fast is anyway just an eye-wash

I don't think the 1AC is being removed from this train - I'm able to get availability information for it on the 19665/66 even for August:

This move (of keeping the 1AC) is a good one, I think. This route does have a good amount of tourist demand (Not so much end to end but more intermediate pax such as Jaipur-Udaipur or Agra-Udaipur, Khajuraho-Agra etc) and the class should usually go full.

I definitely recall on checking Aarosh's earlier posting that 19965/19966 did not have 1A. Perhaps it was a mistake in IR or e-rail that was corrected later. Anyway, 1A is now available at 50 rs discount, due to downgrade to non-superfast, but with same timings.
