Hello,
Although I read some months ago there is direct train connection between Madgaon and Hospet twice a week but could anybody tell me whether there are some travel agencies in Goa which provide coach trips to Hampi in lower season at period 20.03 - 10.04.? Is it possible to catch to do whole trip within 3 days(totally departure from Goa at the first day in the afternoon and arrival back to the same place at the third day in the morning or at noon) . Please inform me about aproximate time of journey by bus and price in rupees. Thanks |

Hi Manicek,
i am currently in Goa and am planning to go to Hampi. The train takes about 9 hours to get there. Speaking to people here they say that you need to spend about a week there to really enjoy it so i think to do all your travelling and sight-seeing in 3 days would be a little frustrating at the very least.
