Well, Quickest can't be Cheapest and vise-versa.
And where in Goa? Goa is a state.
Buses: Many.
Train: Bangalore exp connecting Amaravathi Exp at Guntakal
Fly: Direct from Jet and Kingfisher.
If you are in Guntakal, then it is much easier and faster from there.
