Trains - Lucknow, Kanpur
Two questions -
1. How far are two Lucknow stations - LJN and LKO
2. I want to take Howrah bound Rajdhani express from Kanpur at 23:40 and I want to reach Kanpur from Kathgodam/Haldwani same evening to take the train. This particular day, I will travel from Nainital to Kathgodam via Bhimtal, Naukichital, Sattal etc.
Can somebody suggest a way bus/train/combination to do that.
