from August 1 seniors, women above 45 and pregnant women will be entitled to lower berths on trains

I just spoke to Inspector Blakey, he said it was definitely Butler.

(I did speak to Stephen Lewis (who played Blakey) about 2 years ago, I was shocked he was still alive, and in good shape.)
