Hello everybody,
checking the account of my credit card I realized that all the tickets booked by irctc.com have been surcharged by a 1.77% compared with the total amount of transaction as it appearsi in the "booked tickets" section of the web site: does anybody know the reason? Isn't the amount reported in the ticket receive the final price?
Besides, I realized I have been charge of 2 transaction I have never done, do you think that if I write an e-mail to irctc.com I can expect them to refund the wrong charge?

The payment gate is probably the reason.
