Unhappy train online ticket purchase

Having so much trouble to purchase e-tickets, feeling so,so frustrated...(as many others).
Does anybody have an idea what to do in case of payment failure?
Looks like two different Master Cards used are not accepted (tried so many times)through ICICI gate.
Thanks
Nattacia

I empathise! I went through this last night. It took me about 6 hours to book 3 e-tickets one way then just 5 minutes to book them the other way! My mastercard failed (banker didn't accept it or something) then my visa (Communicaton error) but resubmitted my Visa several times and it was finally accepted.
I recommend quick book it is faster but you just need to know the train number. All I can suggest is perseverance. Some people have suggested logging on really early India time like 5.00am. All I can say is good luck and don't give up!

I tell you the sense of acievement when you get that "Congratulations you have successfully purchased an e-ticket" Felt like I'd won a prize!
Now trying to psyche myself into booking some more!

Wait till you get to India and hear the pre-announcement chime on a railway station, you'll be convinced there about to announce the lottery winners.
