train Delhi-Agra-Delhi

Hi,
I've read once a conversation about the train Delhi-Agra in the forum but now that i need it i cannot find it anymore. I'm planning a trip Delhi-Agra-Delhi and have decided to go by train, can someone help me out? i've tried to book a ticket trough the Indianrailways.gov.in but it kept telling me that i can book a ticket but only when the departure date is 3 days ahead. next question is wat are the names of the stations in Delhi an Agra?

The Delhi-Agra route is well served by train and I'm sure you can book a ticket in Delhi just the day before from the tourist cell in New Delhi station!
Most trains seem to leave from either Hazrat Nizamuddin or New Delhi and most go to Agra Canttonment

I m suggesting you the best train between Delhi-Agra i.e. Bhopal shatabdi 2001 and it departs at 0600hrs from New Delhi Railway station and reaches at 0815 hrs at Agra Cantonment. You can book a chair car which is very well maintained and also serve good Meal. Generally people uses this train for their same day trip to Agra and in the evening you can catch the same train from Agra at ETD 2015 hrs and it reaches Delhi at 2230 Hrs.

have to agree with rintu - the evening chair car return to delhi is extremely comfortable, clean and well organised. lots of the feedback on this site is to avoid staying overnight in agra and to do the day trip - this is the best way to do it i think, that is, as rintu suggests.
