train booking from abroad
Hello to you all. Can anybody help ? I need to book a Shatabdi to Chandigarh in July on the very date of my arrival flight in Delhi. I thought of trying the booking through the Internet with the Indialrail. The problem is : how do I get my ticket ? I see you could get your ticket on arrival at the Railway station. Has anybody done that ? Does this work or I risk of losing my money and having no ticket at all ? Thank you for your suggestions. Lorenza

Online booking is very convenient and works quite well, especially if you are able to pick up the tickets in Delhi. It worked well for me last month. It was my first trip to India and it was nice to have the tickets waiting for me.
