Ticket frustration
Thanks for all the help. I have now booked all my tickets and the nice people at IRCTC are keping hold of them for me

Yeah ! IRCTC is a treat! Couple of years ago, I opted for collection of ticket at the New Delhi Collection center by mistake (I was at Bangalore). I did not know what to do. Before I could act, I had a call from the General Manager of Irctc who advised me on how to get the same ticket at Bangalore itself. Really professional!
...and I took the road less travelled.
