Ticket Collection Mumbai Central Rajdhani Express

I need some quick help - We have purchased tickets for the Rajdhani express and have been given vouchers by our travel agent in Australia for ticket collection at Mumbai Central Station. We need to pick up the tickets when we arrive on Saturday 5th March to leave that evening. Can anyone please advise where at Mumbai Central Station we can pick the tickets up from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hopefully someone has experience of this, but your travel agent should give you more information.

Go to the information window and ask the bored looking attendant where to go. Go where he tells you, wait in line. When you get to the front of the line be sure to smile and thank the man or woman behind the glass when you're told you're in the wrong line and that you need to be standing over there . Seriously, it's a manageable task, and part of the whole "indian experience", so don't fret. When you get home you'll look back and remember asking this question and feel just a tiny bit silly. Have a great time, and good luck!

I forgot I had a picture of the interior of BCT (Bombay Central Terminus, as it used to be known) in my photo gallery. Here is a link!

Thank you for that one Iyou. I was amazed at the rush of memories that picture brought back from when I stayed near there and commuted to the archives..

Mumbai Central is the Western Railway terminus (trains to Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi and north)

Mumbai CST (Victoria Terminus) is the Central Railway terminus (trains to Maharastra, Calcutta, Goa, the south & the east.

The stations are a few Kms. apart.

Trains to Delhi and North do leave from Mumbai CST(via Bhusaval) too but these take longer time compared to the trains leaving for Delhi and North from Mumbai Central (Short Route via Surat-Baroda-Rajasthan)
