It is said on the website of www.irctc.co.in that "Payment Gateway No. 1 (Operated by ICICI Bank): Payments through any Master / Visa credit cards issued by any bank " Does it mean that I can pay for E-ticket through Visa credit cards issued by any bank in the world or issued by any bank of india? Can I pay through the Visa credit cards issude by the bank of china ,what's the exchange rate then?

I have had no problem using foreign credit cards on IRCTC, and there's no reason why a Chinese credit card should not be accepted.
1 Yuan = 5.30 Rupees 1000 Rupees = 188 Yuan |
