Synchronising existing IRCTC/Cleartrip accounts
Synchronising existing IRCTC/Cleartrip accounts
I know this has been done to death but I'm still confused ... please help! I have an existing IRCTC account which I've reactivated and tried to use AMEX on but got failure notices for the AMEX. I don't know why because I've notified the bank but will retry this again. I have an existing Cleartrip account which Im trying to synchronise as a second option. Both of my accounts are active but when I complete the cleartrip info to synchronise I get failures; options such as cleartrip/IRCTC usercodes may be incorrect etc. Is there something I am missing do I need to go back and get new codes or something?
