Quick Question about ID for train

Can you use a foreign driver's license as ID? I'm loathe to put my passport number online :S.

It should not be a problem to use the passport number online as it is a very secure site. It would be something that you will be carrying with you when you are travelling so it should not be a problem to show it when the TC asks for the printed ticket and proof of identity. You can use your driving license for the same purpose but then you will have to carry it with you and show it on being asked for it.

definitely yes, driving licence is among the id document allowed for train reservation... but may I ask you which kind of problem have you got with passport in the web?
