Problems booking chair class
Hi,
I was trying to book a chair class seat today on the irctc website but no matter what I did, it didn't work. I was using the so-called "quick book" page. I enter teh details and choose the berth ( next to the window), I then choose my payment method, the page reloads and the berth option has been removed. The problem is that the only options now are upper, mid, lower, side lower and side upper. If I select one of those unsurprsingly the booking does not go through. Has anyone else had similiar problems? Maybe a way round it would be to avoid the quick book page? |

Sorry for not providing the information, I am new at all this. Managed to fix it by going through the slow booking route. So it appears that there is bugs on the one page reservation at irctc. Regards

You have to specify CC class on the form.
Not all trains have Chair car, especially long distance trains. |
