Problem booking eticket

I have done many ebooking tickets, but I have a problem when trying to book an eticket from Vishnupur to Howrah.

Everything goes normally until the end, then just before the payment gates:

"Date Outside Advance Reservation Period"

It seems that is another reason as I've tried several times in different days. The date is 22nd November, so I'm in the two months period.

Any light about it???

I think I have read somewhere that most trains can be booked 60 days in advance, so maybe this is one of the exceptions? Have you tried to check availability? Or book another class? I know it usually comes up with a different reply, but maybe worth a try...

I think is one of the exceptions. Have tried with different train the same day and different class and always the same answer. I was particullary interested in this train because have booked in Howrah Hotel and the train reaches Calcutta in the morning, so I still have the afternoon to hang around. Anyway will do it once in Vishnupur.

I had a similar problem, except my error message said "unable to complete due to data failure". After 4 days I finally got fed up and took a Hotel car to the train station and made it in person.

IRCTC's reservation site is getting testier by the day. The entire problem must be with the interface between a modern web technology and an archaic flatfile reservation system of another century. The user-load has increased exponentially over the past two years. I have booked 79 tickets so far. Had trouble booking most of them. Weired messages are not weird anymore.
