Dear Arun,

##Just keep checking the Availability between Two stations by any Train and for any Class. As long as the quota is same, it is General Quota. But, if there is a difference, either it will be Pooled Quota (or) Remote Location Quota; AND please note, the Remote Location Quota NEVER covers the Originating Station.

##Going by the 2620 example, the MAO-LTT could even be Remote Location Quota. But I have stated this to be Pooled Quota because MAQ-PNVL and MAO-LTT Quotas are one and the same.

The NDLS-Kalka ticket would be confirmed.
On Kalka-Simla, better would be to take another ticket in the next train (express leaving at 6 a.m.) as waitlist is 50.

What VSP is trying to say is that for all those passengers who have booked either from Mangalore central to destination other than Lokamanya Tilak Terminus as well as passengers from any source other than Mangalore to LTT are under pooled quota. So, if any passenger booked for a route inbetween cancels and if you can be fit in, your ticket would get confirmed.

WL3 is a good sign.. keep fingers crossed.
