If it is an I-ticket (booked through Internet) (OR) normal ticket (booked through Railway Counter), and if it doesn't gets confirmed, you can board the coach after obtaining the permission from the TTE of the coach.

Otherwise, you are not supposed to enter any Reserved Coach, if the status of your ticket, remains unchanged even after Charts are finalised.

WL/7 and WL/8 after 4 days now it is showing WL/4 and WL/5 My Journey date is on 2/7/09.
