Please clear this doubt
My wl number is WL20 in e ticket print out
But while checking PNR status 4443472129 It shows booking status as
WL42,GNWL. WHY?

@abdul5k: Confirmation is difficult. May get to part RAC.
@traveltimes: RQWL2 in both trains is low enough to have a high probability of confirmation, but the 15 Aug Holiday rush makes it difficult to be sure. I would think one of them should get confirmed.

I want to go to India for travel on 15th august 2012. I want to know that what is the avaiability of train tickets in Rajdhani for kolkata to delhi on 16th August. and what is the price? can I gat it from kolkata on 15th august? pls reply me. its too urgent. how can i get it? what is the procedure????

@farzana Laila: http://www.indianrail.gov.in/ is the official website of the Indian Railway. You can get the train schedules, fares and the seat availability status of all trains here. You can NOT Book on it though.
www.erail.in is a private site that also has all the schedules and is much more user friendly and the site of choice for a lot of us on Indianmike and elsewhere.
You may not be able to get a reservation for many trains at that short notice. You should read a bit more and the following threads here will give you a short introduction to Indian trains and reservations:
