20 people had booked after you, out of which 12 had cancelled their ticket.
Now, unfortunately all the people, but one(maybe) who had done so, were having WL'ed status above you. Thus only the cancellation of one people having WL'ed status lower than or may be the cancellation of one confirmed ticket had affected your tatkal WL status.
