Could someone let me know, if my ticket will get confirmed or not.

Also, I have a question here,
Before booking when I check the availability on this train it showed 31 available from KZJ to PUNE (boarding point KZJ),
but when I booked ticket from KZJ to PUNE (boarding point SC), I got a RLWL ticket.
Does changing the boarding point affects the ticket booking quota ?

Also, now if I book another ticket from KZJ to PUNE, keeping boarding at KZJ,
then is it ok if I board the train at SC. (SC is the next station after KZJ)

Boarding point changes the ticket booking quota. It will not be okay to board the train at SC after booking a ticket from KZJ to Pune as the ticket collector will consider you as a no show and allot your seat to some one who is travelling in RAC.

I think it is difficult for the ticket to get confirmed. You can try tatkal.

Take the ticket from KZJ-PUNE and after u have the confirmed ticket, go to the nearest PRS Counter and change the boarding point to SC.

@kshil: Still a while to go, but You should look at tatkal, preferably in AC3. This train has just One AC coach, but 6 AC3.

The other trains that you mentioned too have just 1 AC2.

What is the meaning of RLWL??
Do I need check frequently before the date of departure via IRCTC homepage??????

RL means Remote Location. You normally get RL when you book from intermediate stations.

The wait list status normally changes closer to the journey date or as and when cancellations happen.
