picking i-tickets up in delhi

Hello,
Next monday I fly into Delhi and that same day I want to take the train to Jaisalmer. However e-tickets are not available for this train and I don't have a Dehli address to deliver the tickets to.
So I was going to pick up the tickets in the New Delhi station, then head to the Old Dehli station to get the train.
From what i have read on this fab forum this is my only option, can you please confirm? Does anyone know where the pickup point is in the New Delhi station?
Finally when someone referrs to Delhi train station I assume they are referring to the Old Delhi train station, is this correct?

One other thing
When i am on the site page where you put in the passenger names etc, at the bottom it states
"There is no option to personally collect the ticket.In case of doubt,please contact 24 Hrs.Customer Support at 011-23345500,011-23344787,011-23344773 or Email at care@irctc.co.in"
So it seems that i can't pick up these tickets at all, or am i doing something wrong.
If i can't pick up the tickets, does anyone know of any other options that are available to me (can I get them delivered to the airport or to a hotel or travel agency near Delhi train station?
