Partially confirmed E-ticket.
I had a waitlisted E-ticket for 4 passengers. Finally one berth got confirmed and the remaining 3 were still waitlisted.
Now refunds on wait-listed E-tickets are made automatically by IRCTC but in this case even after 3 days, I have not got refund on the wait-listed passenger.
So should I file TDR now or should I first argue with IRCTC about refund for wait-listed passenger?

Partially WL tickets do NOT get automatically cancelled/processed for refund. Did you complete the journey?
You will need to file a TDR if you did not travel.

i think you are still eligible to file the TDR online & initiate the refund process. good luck!
