No trains Jodhpur -> Udaipur?
No trains Jodhpur -> Udaipur?
Hi All,
after reading *loads* of info here, I'm plannign my trip by rail using: http://www.indianrail.gov.in ... so ar so good, except I've hit a snag ... I am trying to get from Jodhpur to Udaipur on the 21st, stick there for 2/3 days then go from there by train to delhi. BUT! ... the Indian rail site keeps saying "SORRY !!! No Matching TRAINS Found" for *all class* on the 21st ... i've tried eithe rside of the date (like 18,19, 20.... etc) to no avail - ecuse the stupid question but is this simply telling me there is no route between these two points?

That's right - there is no train between Jodhpur and Udaipur. Your choice will be bus or taxi. Have a read of other Jodhpur - Udaipur threads in the Rajasthan Forum:
