Nizamuddin Station in Delhi

Could anyone please tell me if this train station has stairs descending to the train platforms as does New Delhi Train Station? Haven't been there in several years but my recollection is that the train platforms are street level.
Also -- is it required to have luggage weighed at the luggage office prior to boarding? Seems that my porter took me there first, and I was given a stamped voucher.

well, the platforms are reachable by the stairs only. First you have to climb up from entry and then get down on the platform you want to go to.

And I have no idea about weighing part, I have never heard of it or seen it. Others might know better.

its almost the same as new delhi railway station.
