I read about it only this morning, though I can't remember much, I'll find the link later and post more details, I'm not at home at the moment.
It departed Jammu at about 23:30 (so the time will be awful for Chakki Bank/Pathankot) and gets to Kathgodam at about 14:30, it should go via Ambala, Roorkee and Moradabad, though the time taken seems a bit long for that route, but I didn't have time to check earlier.
Going the other way, it left Kathgodam about 21:00 and got to Jammu for about 11:00 (so Chakki Bank would be about 09:00), though I'm not nearly as sure of the timings in this direction as I am in the other directions.
I seem to remember the train having about 15 3-tier air con carriages and 2 air con Chair Class carriages, I'll post accurate detaiils later.

I must have read that info about another train being introduced. The weekly Garib Rath train departs from Jammu Tawi on Sunday at 2355 hrs and reaches Kathgodam at 1435 hrs on Monday.
It will leave Kathgodam every Monday at 1830 hrs to reach Jammu Tawi at 0955 hrs on Tuesday.
My question is : Where does the rake come from?
From Amritsar? There it can be used for the other 2 Garib Raths originating from ASR.
Will the empty rake ply back and forth between Jammu and Amritsar?
Or will a rake be stationed in Jammu permanently/exclusively and used only for the once a week run to and fro from KGM?

Just found out one of the ways Garib Rath 3-tier air con carriages save space, there is no room for 'bed rolls', this means no sheets, pillows, blankets or towel.
The carriages will be kept at a temperature between 27 and 28 degrees, and the railways think we'll not need bedding at that temperature.
So ladies, carry a sheet for extra privacy.
