New Delhi Railway Station - May I Help You Booth
A couple of weeks ago I read in a newspaper (sorry forgotten where) and jotted down for posting this information. Just now found my note and I don't think it has been posted so far.
At the Entrance to New Delhi Railway Station there is now a booth for assistance to certain categories of people for Platform Tickets and other assistance. The categories are: Senior Citizens; Physically Challenged; Ladies - Alone or with children. I should think this Booth will be available to both Foreigners and Indian Nationals. Has anyone so far had any experience with it, and how it is functioning?
