I'm doing a detailed article on the different train classes, but it's still a few weeks away from completion as time is short, it will have photos of all classes, carriage layout diagrams and example train formations.
In the meanwhile, have a look at http://www.seat61.com/India.htm for some photos of different classes, and have a look at the carriage layout diagrams I completed about a month ago.
