Train 2955 departs Mumbai Central daily at 18:50 and gets to Sawai Madhoppur at 10:05. (1A, 2A, 3A, SL.)
I used this train (in 2-tier air con) a couple of years ago and it was very comfortable and well timed (as I didn't want to get to the hotel too early).

Dear Ms.ladyvetphd,
@@Kindly note that the distance from Mumbai Central (BCT) to Sawai Madhopur(SWM) is 1028 Kms.
-----
@@@In addition to 2955 which terminates in Jaipur (**at a further distance of 131 Kms.), perhaps, you may also keep 2903 in view which depart from BCT at 21.25 hrs. and touches SWM at 12.45 hrs. next day.
------
@@@The back-up trains - slow trains - are 9019 (Dep:22.25) and9037 (4 days) and 9039 (3 days) (Dep:22.40) - both ex.Bandra Terminus (BDTS) which arrive in SWM next day evening at 21.40 and 16.50 hrs.

AK Rajdhani
A.K Rajdhani reaches Sawai Madhopur at around 6:30 in the morning and that might just give you time to hop into a canter/jeep and go for the early mornign safari as well - All this only if the train arrives on time (which it normally does)
